論文概要: With the rapid development of industrialization in Zhejiang province and the change of rural residents' lifestyle, a large amount of domestic and industrial wastewater is generated in rural areas. The wastewater treatment is more complicated than urban wastewater treatment, so the pollution of water environment is more serious. Based on this, this paper takes the rural areas in Zhejiang province as the research object, analyzes the rural water resources and their utilization characteristics, studies the water resources system problems, and forms the "sustainable development" based on the rural water environment pollution control and water resources planning method proposal. The structures is explored as follows:

In Chapter 1, the background and purpose of the study were elaborated. Literature reviews of water resources planning were sorted out.

In Chapter 2, the theory and method of constructing a water quality model and the investigation and experiment on wastewater recycling are developed.

In Chapter 3, the current situation of water pollution and rural sewage treatment system in Zhejiang province is analyzed. Policy measures and treatment difficulties are pointed out, and suggestions are made for the realization of rural sewage resources.

In Chapter 4, taking Shangyu as an example, based on the survey data of water resources and water environment, point pollution sources and surface pollution sources, water function zoning was implemented and the estimation of pollutant input was analyzed.

In Chapter 5, analyzed the requirements and uses of wastewater recycling and typical technology for wastewater recycling. Studied the use of membrane separation technology in the recycling of water resources and the conversion of salt in wastewater into resource. And the electrodialysis bipolar membrane technology was applied to the high-salt leachate recovery process of Shangyu rural landfill.

In Chapter 6, taking Shangyu as an example, the current status of water supply and drainage is analyzed. New sewage scale and area as well as the amount of construction work for the main sewage pipe and the main network of the sewage system is proposed.

In Chapter 7, the conclusion and prospect were drowned.
