論文概要:This study outlines a comprehensive urbanization plan for Anhui province, guided by systems theory and tailored to local conditions. The plan includes 32 projects categorized into six subsystems: economic development, infrastructure, population development, social development, environmental protection, and urban-rural integration. Using an entropy method, the quality of urbanization and subsystem performance in 16 cities were analyzed for 2010, 2015, and 2020, along with the relationship between urbanization quality and economic development using a quadrant diagram.
Key findings include:
- The relationship between urbanization quality and economic development from 2010 to 2020 predominantly falls in the second quadrant, indicating a high urbanization quality relative to economic development.
- In the third quadrant, urbanization quality is high, but economic development is low. Conversely, the fourth quadrant shows both low urbanization quality and economic development.
- The southeastern region has a higher overall urbanization quality than the northwestern region.
- A trend of optimization in the relationship between urbanization quality and economic development was observed during the study period.
The paper proposes measures to address urbanization challenges in Anhui province, emphasizing sustainable practices, green and low-carbon development, and quality-driven urban growth. Recommendations include strengthening top-level urbanization design, promoting livable, smart, and healthy cities, enhancing economic strength, and ensuring efficient resource use. Specific strategies focus on pollution control, urban ecological environment construction, and scientifically grounded urban planning to build sustainable urban systems. These insights aim to guide policymakers in formulating effective urbanization strategies.
