論文概要:The housing performance in Japan has undergone multiple stages of development since the end of World War II and has been steadily improved. Especially since the implementation of the revised Building Standards Law in 2007, market standards have been standardized and residential performance requirements have been strengthened, which has further improved the overall performance of Japanese residential buildings.

This research takes the detached houses that occupy the dominant position in the Japanese housing market as the research object, and selects the introduction information, typical plans and questionnaire data of 100 housing companies operating in Kyushu, Kanto, and Hokkaido. Materials, through plan analysis, text mining analysis, questionnaire result analysis and a comprehensive analysis method combined with government statistical data to discover the performance characteristics and development trends of Japanese detached houses.

Combined with the above analysis, we summarized the development history, current characteristics and future trends of the various properties of Japanese detached houses, and provided references for residential development in other countries and regions. On the other hand, we combine the strengths and weaknesses of today's Japanese housing companies with the opportunities and threats of the external environment, and use SWOT analysis to make reasonable suggestions for the future sustainable development of Japanese housing companies.
