論文概要:With the rising living standards and the proliferation of smart appliances, household energy consumption has been steadily increasing. Effective energy management, coupled with high-efficiency and energy-saving systems, is crucial for achieving energy conservation and emission reductions. Smart houses, as an innovative solution, integrate renewable energy utilization with advanced energy supply systems, facilitated by home energy management systems (HEMS). These systems enable real-time monitoring, intelligent energy management, and seamless interaction between users and power providers.

This research conducts a comprehensive analysis of various energy systems in smart houses, emphasizing economic and environmental aspects. A dual-layer optimization model was developed using TRNSYS for energy simulation and MATLAB for system optimization, focusing on cost minimization and load forecasting. Data from the Jono Smart House Area in Japan was used to evaluate system performance and user behavior, revealing significant benefits in energy efficiency, cost savings, and environmental awareness.

The findings highlight the economic advantages and environmental sustainability of integrating composite energy storage systems in smart houses. Furthermore, the study proposes strategies to mitigate the impact of power market fluctuations, optimizing energy usage through dynamic pricing models. The research provides valuable insights for the future development of energy-efficient smart residential systems.
