論文概要:Based on the existing research on mold pollution and the health of building users, combined with the existing survey methods of mold pollution in buildings, this study carried out the data collection of indoor mold pollution in residential buildings in China in the form of questionnaire survey. In addition, a questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted on the differences of mold pollution among the influencing factors in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, where mold pollution was serious.

According to the results of the questionnaire survey in Guangzhou and the return visit to the respondents who have the intention to participate in the field survey, this paper selects the typical respondents as the case of the field survey, and carries out the field survey and the monitoring of the temperature and humidity data in the survey case for 7 days. According to the monitoring data, this study analyzes the humidity distribution and the wet environment of the case.

Referring to the existing prediction methods of mold pollution in buildings, combined with the results of questionnaire and field investigation, this paper determines the indoor humidity and temperature as the basis of the simulation model. Using ANSYS FLUENT software, this paper completes the establishment of a simulation model that can reflect the indoor temperature and humidity distribution of the building. This paper uses the simulation model to analyze the typical case, and puts forward improvement suggestions for the typical case combined with the actual situation.

Through this study, we can provide data and actual case reference for air quality assessment and standard formulation of residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas. The simulation model of this study also laid a good foundation for the future building indoor mold pollution prediction model.
