論文概要:As an important part of the energy consumption of society, the building energy consumption has always remained a high level, which is an important issue that needs to be improved for the smooth construction of a low-carbon society. With the rapid development of China in recent years, the number of commercial buildings is increasing fast, the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions are also increasing day by day, and the same situation is occurring in countries all over the world.

After years of energy conservation efforts since the enforcement of the Energy Conservation Law in 1979, Japan has become one of the most energy efficient countries in the world. In this paper, we analyze the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of commercial buildings in China.

As a mature evaluation theory, life cycle assessment method is currently widely used in the field of architecture. Most recent research in this area shows that use stage accounts over 70% energy consumption and CO2 emissions in life cycle of buildings. Because of the difficulty of getting detailed data of other stage, comparing the energy data in use stage is a more feasible method. To find out the energy consumption and CO2 emissions data in China, this research use the data from China Statistical Yearbook, and calculate total building area by different type of building in different area from 2006-2019.

Using the area data and the building consumption data before, this research get the energy consumption and CO2 emissions data in China in 2019 by calculation.Then, according to the climate and economic level of different province in China, 31 provinces are divided into five areas. After calculating the CO2 emissions data of each area, different characteristics of the data are be found. In all these areas, area II and area III are both doing well, area I has both good economy and high-level CO2 emissions, area IV has a declining economy and still high-level CO2 emissions, and area V has a low but growing economy and low-level CO2 emissions.In order to better realize a low-carbon society, area I should control there CO2 emissions, government should take measures in area IV, and area V should be taken care for the future develop.
