論文概要:With the development of the urbanization, the urban environment problems are becoming more and more serious, especially the urban thermal environment, including urban heat island. According to the current research result, urban heat island always has a great relationship with land use. This research emphasizes on the comparative study on land use and urban heat island of metropolises in Japan and China based on remote sensing. I used Landsat-8 images as the remote sensing data, and selected six metropolises in Japan and China, are Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. And I chose one day that is sunny in winter in same year. Then I used Local Climate Zone classification system to analyze the land use with the help of maximum likelihood classification and used single channel algorithm to retrieve the land surface temperature of each research region. The Local Climate Zone classification system divide the research region into 17 types from LCZ 1 to LCZ 17 based on the local climate. In this research, combined with the facts of Japan and China, I merge LCZ 3 (Compact low-rise) and LCZ 7 (Lightweight low-rise). Using ArcGIS, I can get the distribution of land use and land surface temperature of each research region. Through the comparative study on land use and land surface temperature, the conclusions are shown following: the first is about the land use. In Japan, the low-rise buildings occupy a large proportion, and in China, the ratio of each types is more balanced. And the area that can be developed in Japan is less than that in China. So the metropolises in Japan and China are at the different stage. The prospects for development of metropolises in China are better. The second is about the urban heat island, there is an urban cool island in the urban center. The land surface temperature is always lower than that of surrounding urban area. This phenomenon is not so obvious in Shanghai and Beijing. And, from a larger scale, urban heat island still exists. In Guangzhou, there is not a urban cool island in the urban center that is different from the other five metropolises. The final is about the relationship between LCZ and LST. The reflectance of each LCZs have a great relationship with LST.
