論文概要:Distributed Energy System (DES) is becoming increasingly popular in supplying for energy needs. DES is widely used in hospital, hotels, office buildings, and university campus and so on. Distributed energy system can satisfy user’s various needs (heat, cooling and electricity) while reducing the efficiency loss during energy transportation. The distributed energy system can provide the electricity, heating and cooling by use the different system and technologies. Through the heat recovery technologies can provide the cooling use the waste heat to improve the energy usage efficiency.

In this research, the power generation system includes two mainly power generation subsystem, gas engine system and fuel cell system. The operation and maintenance status was analyzed based on the inspection records. The failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) was used to analyzed the failure severity, failure occurrence and failure detection. And the purpose of the failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) is to take actions to eliminate or reduce failures, starting with the highest-priority ones.

The maintenance status of gas engine and fuel cell was analyzed the replacement times of each components. The rotary motion part and ignition device of gas engine has been replaced most frequently. The steam system of fuel cell has been replaced most frequently.

Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) analyzed the failure severity, failure occurrence and failure detection. The results show that, the highest failure component of gas engine is lubrication oil filter. It made the gas engine system in operator dissatisfaction and/or deterioration of part or system performance. And the highest failure component of fuel cell is shutoff valve gasket. It made the fuel cell system in high degree of operator dissatisfaction and cause non-functionality of system.
