論文概要:The problem of aging has become a global problem.The aging rate of China and Japan is increasing year by year.China and Japan attach great importance to the aging problem of population at present but there also exist many differences in their welfare systems for the elderly. By taking Hangzhou and Kitakyushu as the example,investigate and study the aging situation between Hangzhou and Kitakyushu ,and this thesis aims to find out the similarities and differences in the two cities in terms of the welfare policies for the elderly, elderly care models, classifications of the welfare facilities for the elderly, the field survey of the two cities and the spatial accessibility of the welfare facilities. On this basis, corresponding suggestions on the development of the welfare systems for the elderly in the two cities are put forward.
