論文概要:The rapid global energy transition necessitates an in-depth evaluation of renewable energy policies, particularly those supporting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This research compares the effectiveness of renewable energy policies across four key PV markets: China, Germany, Japan, and the United States. It explores the relationship between PV incentive policies, technological innovation, and market development through technological learning and techno-economic analysis.
The study begins by examining the historical evolution of PV energy policies in the four countries, identifying distinct approaches to research and development (R&D), industrial growth, and market stimulation. Using one-factor and two-factor learning curve models, it evaluates how policies have influenced cost reductions and technological advancements. Additionally, a techno-economic analysis of residential PV systems and large-scale PV plants is conducted under varying climatic, geographic, and policy conditions.
Results reveal significant differences in policy impacts, highlighting the effectiveness of feed-in tariffs, investment tax credits, and research incentives in reducing costs and enhancing PV adoption. Policy recommendations are proposed to address challenges such as policy discontinuity, economic barriers, and market fluctuations, aiming to optimize PV energy systems and accelerate global energy transitions.
