論文概要:This research evaluates and simulates passive energy efficiency technologies for rural residences in Hangzhou, China, focusing on the hot summer and cold winter climate zone. The study addresses challenges in rural energy consumption and environmental sustainability by combining field surveys, experimental measurements, and numerical simulations to develop an optimized passive design strategy.

An experimental house was constructed to test passive technologies, including enhanced thermal insulation, solar energy utilization, shading devices, and natural ventilation systems. The study analyzed the building's thermal performance under real climate conditions, demonstrating a significant reduction in heating and cooling energy demands while maintaining comfortable indoor environments. Key findings include:

  1. The optimization of wall and roof insulation thickness and window U-values, leading to improved thermal efficiency.
  2. Effective use of Trombe walls and solar chimneys to enhance natural ventilation and heating performance.
  3. Application of shading devices to reduce solar heat gain during summer, minimizing cooling loads.

The research also compares the experimental building's energy consumption and CO2 emissions with conventional rural houses, highlighting the substantial environmental benefits and cost savings achievable through passive designs. These findings serve as a reference for architects, engineers, and policymakers, supporting the implementation of low-carbon, energy-efficient housing in China's rural areas. Furthermore, the study aligns with government initiatives to promote ecological village development, providing a scalable model for sustainable rural construction nationwide.
