論文概要:To mitigate the carbon emission in building sector, net Zero Energy House with high energyefficiency and on-site renewable generation were widely developed. This study introduced ZEHs with high thermal insulation design and investigated their operational energy performances based on on-site measurement data in Kitakyushu zero carbon district.

Firstly, we introduced the current technological innovations and coordinated smart management strategies to optimize the energy-saving performance of the ZEH. Then, we illustrated the operational performances of two typical ZEHs focused on the monthly power supply and consumption based on available HEMS data. The detailed integration and utilization of on-site generation of selected ZEHs including fuel cell and PV are analyzed. The energy self-sufficiency and carbon emission present significant variations across the months, cogeneration systems could enhance the local electricity self-sufficiency ratio and contributed to carbonemission reduction. The heat load accounts for a large proportion of annual building energy consumption, it shows a sharp rising trend with decreasing temperature in winter period.

In order to investigate the thermal efficiency performance of ZEH, we measured the annual indoor temperature of the ZEHs, the relationship between indoor-outdoor temperature difference with real-time air condition electricity consumption is presented. We further analyzed the impact of occupancy pattern on energy consumption, end-user active energy saving can contribute to daily energy saving. Measurement verifies that ZEHs effectively damped the variation of indoor temperature compared with conventional house, it presented a large ability to retain inside heat energy.
